Spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and it was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The beds were so comfortable that I had the best sleep in ages! Another advantage was that the rooms were very quiet and dark, which helped me sleep even better. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. I also loved the delicious eggs and cheese arepas that they served for breakfast.
Honestly, breakfast could be a bit better. Although the arepas and cheese were delicious, the fruit wasn't great, and some mornings it was difficult to find any fruit left. There were days when the fruit was already gone by 8 am. my stay at this hotel was excellent and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were very quiet and dark, enabling me to relax after a long day of work.
The breakfast could have been better, as the fruit was not fresh and on some days there was none left by 8am. While the eggs with arepas and cheese were great, the rest of the breakfast spread could use some improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and accommodating staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, the convenient location and the excellent breakfast served every morning. The hotel facilities were also great, and we were impressed with the clean and well-kept parking area. Additionally, the hotel offered reliable transportation services to different areas in this city, which was very helpful.
For us, it was ideal. We had no negative experiences or issues during our stay at the hotel.

The staff were helpful and nice, but it doesn't outweigh the negatives. the bed was comfortable, but the room lacked amenities and was quite dark. the fruit at breakfast was subpar and often ran out early in the morning.
The location is less than ideal- it's far from the city center, nightlife, and restaurants.
